It is about customer leaving feedback and it not being counted on your totals.
It has nothing to do with any types of holds or any other issue.

It is only about customers leaving feedback and the fact that ebay is holding back the feedback purposely to keep your fb score down.

The 21 day issue is a completely different animal and has nothing to do with this situation.

I have heard rumors, but have not seen this hold any truth yet Sandy. Let us ask but how would it benefit them? longer holds?

Yes, longer holds and more control of you account and your money.
