Angry Ebay account remains indefinitely restricted from selling, Oh My Holy Cow!

Just got this message today. What the hell!!
I am a new seller and I just started my selling last week. I got verified on the 3nd days when I my listing and I got restricted on the 7th day!
I try to sell Ad signs. I sold 3 last week and I just post 5 more Sport Team Sign then I got this stupid restriction notice after an hour!

Ebay CS told me to fax my driver's licence and credit card bill and
"Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently
listed for sale on eBay....include either manufacture invoices or receipts."
I faxed my ID and Bill but since I am working with my partner to make those signs, how the hell can I provide the invoice or receipt?? We are the makers!!
What do they want? receipt of nails, hangers, glass tube, paper?
I live in U.S but I am currently on a business trip to China so all my IP address come from China. Does that matter??

How about the 3 items I sold last week? They are already made and are ready to be shipped.

I am getting really mad at ebay.
I was despaired but thank goodness I fond this forum, so glad!! I am going to buy that eBay Stealth to get me out of this trap!

Some advise on my case would be greatly appreciated!
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

If the account was made in the US and you start to sell in China, then bingo, there's the problem.

in a nutshell my advice would be to purchase the guide, read it again then setup new accounts and provide the info they are requesting!

Thanks for your reply!!I opened an account long time ago which I mainly used to buy stuffs.
Then on my trip to China I was suggested by my friends and I opened just another ebay account just to sell using the same information I used in U.S
How stupid I am, I never know this would be a problem! Crab!!! I can't even complaint to ebay when I am back to U.S.

I don't understand, even though I am using a China IP for now, but all my information faxed including my driver's licence, my home address and bills.. are all "Made in U.S". Why they still do this to me? It is a eBay policy to prohibit people to log in during their international trips? Or is this a discrimination?
It sucks!

calm down. You are one of many caught by ebay.

ebay/paypal have rules that users have to apply B4 they can use the system.

If accounts get flagged as 'strange' ebay stops them.

Think of it like your bank stopping money coming from a card if used in a different country.

What is your intention with this account?

Are you thinking of becoming a business?

How long are you away from the USA?

These questions need answers to give suitable advice :D

You were right. ebay are nuts

If you talk to them they will usually accept a picture of you with your items for sale... so that gets you past the invoice issue...

Thanks man! I will calm down soon but now I am still mad at the stupid ebay, crab!
But at least I feel much better to find this forum and meet so many friends here. Thank your reply! Here are my answers to your questions:
What is your intention with this account?

I am naive to think that it's better to separate my private account from my business account so I just opened this one!!

Are you thinking of becoming a business?
Of course! I want this this to be my own major business, even though I already have a job now, I might quit it.

How long are you away from the USA?
I have been sent to China as a Representative of my company to deal with our business here. I have been here for about 6 months.
I don't if this matters. Man, I just wasted my account for such a stupid reason. Can't believe it!!

Thank you for your reply!
Is that right? I wished I knew this 3 days ago!!Damn it!!!
after I read the email about the restriction of my account, I was so mad and I called eBay SC to complaint for exactly 40 mins. But at least that SC agent is nice and he told me in my case, I can just send an explaining letter to SRM Appeals instead of my invoice. So I immediately wrote an "angry" explaining letter to SRM Appeals. And on the 3nd day I got this reply.

This is is a final decision! I can't even submit that picture again!

As Greenbean states i would calm down. Its not worth letting it get to you, i like many others on here have had good sound earning accounts that taken down for one petty rule/reason of pp/eb. My reason was only withdrawing too much of my OWN money!
I'm just debating what msg should be engraved on my coffin to pp :D

like i said purchase the guide have a good read and post your questions on here and someone will help you as they have me, which is the great thing about this forum, many are strangers but help each other out which you don't see much of these days..

Next time if you absolutely have to use eBay oversea, you should give them a call and let them know abut it. There's no guarentee on whether if they will take note of it or not, so I still do not recommend it.

Thanks for your reply! Your reason sounds even crazy. How childish eBay is comparing with Amazon. No wonder Amazon is getting bigger faster than EBay. They are simply driving its money away. I did tried to buy but somehow it doesn't process well. Weird. I am still waiting. Glad to know you and other nice people here
