Default 3 Months from first sell?

Does seller limits go up 3 months after your first sell? Or when you made the account? I made my acc on December 28th and my first sell was like January something. So I woke up today thinking my seller limits would go up, I have 17 positive feedback one negative =( but I don't think thats too much of an issue.

Now I'm thinking about requesting higher selling limits, I have access to the address on that acc. I've only been in the eBay Stealth business for about 3 months now, still learning. =x

its very random now so don't be disappointed if the limits dont get raised after 90 days. Make sure you Sell up to your limits, get good DSR's, and a build up that feedback.

2nd that.

It WAS 3 months from your first sale until February of this year. Once February came around something changed and nobody's accounts got raised in February and I had about 10% of my accounts raised in March.

I just had 1 of my stealth accounts limits raised from 10/$1,000 to 20/$1,700, which is a good move forward.

I had one series of accounts get upped from 10 to 30 after 7 or so months - i let it go automatically - maybe would have been different if I had pushed after 3 months - just my 2 cents to the discussion.

Yeah it's very random i've had one account selling 4 months still at 100 limit - i will never personally request a higher limit i'd rather let them do it by maintaining the account.

If you need to sell more open more accounts.

If you can't then you need to work with what you have but these days pushing e/b to raise your selling limits is more often than not backfiring.

STAY UNDER THE RADAR

I have accounts that are 6 months old with the same limits from month 3, I also have 6 month old accounts with crazy high limits, then I have a couple of accounts that are 2 months old with no limits.

No rhyme or reason.

LOT of posts about this - very hard to do this in a way that is consistent. Call up eb and press - but be prepared if you get with ID verification.

Just checked a couple accounts I have not sold on much in March see the selling limits are gone.

Both account are 120 or so days old.

the 90 day thing is no longer trustworthy.

I am seeing large increases or limits gone after I sell 100 or more items.

You guys need to stop fixating over these selling limits and MAKE MORE ACCOUNTS.

It's so easy, more accounts = more selling volume. I honestly don't even care about the 10/$1000 limit anymore, suits me perfect. When you have 20+ able to sell accounts and you're taking in $1000 per month on even just 10 of those accounts you're doing good.

3 months from your first sale is what ebay's site says. It's usually not the case. Especially with a negative.
