Stealth Business accounts

Hello everybody,

I was going to start updating some of my stealth accounts that are getting close to the 20K mark with an EIN for each one of them, now since I would have to open a few corporations and they all need to have a real address then wouldn't Paypal associate my real address and link my suspended accounts ??? or is it that Paypal can not see the addres associated to the business account ?? also does Paypal see the name of the owner/officer of the corporation ??

The anwser to your question really depends on the State that you are incorporated in, Each State is different as to what Corporate information is made Public.

Some states Publicly only show a basic amount of information like if the company is indeed a Legal registered company in that state and thats it,, other states, list Officers, address, Phone numbers ect, ect, so check your states O.P.A.L (Online Permit Assistance and Licensing) (or Equilant) website

hey i'm having a problem finding the opal rules for my state, all i get is stuff related to NY when I try to search for opal or Online Permit Assistance and Licensing. I'm sorry to be such a hassle but do you happen to have any suggestions on what i'm suppose to google to find the information I want to know? I've been at it for 30 minutes and unable to find the information I want

O.P.A.L is what New York Calls it,,but EVERY State has some sort of Similar site,,,Just go to yor States Website and Search for "Incorporate" or "LLC" or "EIN" or something,,,,DIG Man,,,,it will come up,,,
