Also, make sure that you correct whatever is wrong with your listings. I have no comment, as I have never heard of this before.
But I *DO* know that when eBay cancels a listing, they send a scary letter to the buyers saying your listing was cancelled for potential fraud, blah, blah, blah, so I'm not surprised the buyers were scared. That letter is the DUMBEST thing I have ever seen a corporation send out, as it really makes eBay look bad as well. It might as well say 'Fraud runs rampant on eBay and we are powerless to stop it, but you lucked out THIS TIME'. If I were a new buyer I would never use them again. |
