Risk Alert on Paypal?
 

A quick question:

Today, for the first time in all the years I use PP, i received PP payments from buyers with the red flag icons next to the payment, "Risk Alert". No further information given.
I looked at the transaction details, they are all eligible for protection, confirmed address. The buyers all have 100% positive feedback.

Do I ship or should I just refund them? I tried calling PP at 8am central time, when they open as stated on the 'call us' page. But nobody answered.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

MEH...finally got through to PP. Call answered by "Michael". He said it's not PP, it's EB. For some reasons he also didn't know, when the buyers were paying, an error occurred on EB's side. Cosmetic error.
"Michael" said as long as the transaction is marked "ok to ship" and "eligible for protection", go ahead and ship. Anything wrong, sellers will be protected as long as they follow the protection guidelines.

For a moment I thought there was something wrong with the account because that crazy biatch really did something even though she got her $ back and goods for free.

same thing happen with me. Never seen that before.
