Default Problem with new ebay Stealth accounts...

Sorry for the longevity of this all.

I have been making stealth accounts for the past year and they have been doing well.

Then two weeks ago, I was making some more to get started and they each were getting suspended right off the bat.

I was receiving a message from ebay to verify some of my information, and then immediately would receive suspension notice due to " high risk concerns" and I wouldn't have even listed anything.

Sometimes, the notice would appear after I would make the account or after I would list something for my auction.

Has anyone else been having problems? I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, as I haven't changed anything.

Sounds like a cookie problem to me, getting linked too quickly to be anything else.

My guess is your IP address. But it's only a guess. We need wayyyy more info. But it sounds like no one else has been having issues..

I don't sell right away, everything is verified. I wait at least a month before listing auctions.

I have different user accounts on my computer for each one and ips written down.

For example:

Stealth A: I create ,verify, everything brand new.

I wait 1 month, sometimes 3 weeks, and list. Gets taken down, need to verify information.

I call and pass the lil questions that they have. No problem .

Stealth B:

Created the same way. List something and it gets removed. Get notice of suspension after notice of verifying my information. No chance to appeal.

Maybe I should look at the cookies..?

Are you deleting cookies or leaving them intact on each user account?

You are getting linked somehow.

Make sure your flash cookies etc are in check before you even use or create an account.

I log into sometimes 15-20 accounts everyday and always double check before I click anything.

Paranoid yes, but do not want to risk a good account with linking.

So I am confused. Do I need to delete the cookies on each user account or leave them intact? I haven't been deleting them.

If you are 100% positive your machine is clean before starting then you should leave all cookies in place on each user account after creating you new e/b and p/p accounts.

I switch it up. Sometimes I do, and those are the ones that pass lol.

But these last few weeks, I started listing non high risk items and keep getting shut down. I will have to check the cookies on each user before I start making them. See if that helps me out some.

Out of interest how are you changing your ip address.

The 3 main things that catch you straight away are

ip address

cookies

Flash cookies

If you have a clean new account then you should not delete cookies after each session as this could cause ebay to ask you to validate your account as they see you as not having accessed your account before.

I would put it down to your ip address's getting linked.

Sounds to me like you must be deleting cookies or something.

Once you get the account going no need to delete cookies etc as you move on.

And selling risk items is a huge no no on a new or newer account.

Who knows really. Could be a lot of things, my guess is it's the way you're making your account somehow. Always remember to browse around and seem like you're a new user at first.

If you just log on once after you create a new account, wait a month then all of a sudden log in and start listing, it looks suspicious. Log in at least 5 times and browse around, click things, bid on items you'll never win, take tutorials, etc.

Thanks for all your help.

I wasn't deleting any cookies once I made the account, but I need to double check the ip once I start logging in.
