Default Looking up previous addresses?

My ex-girlfriend's ebay account was suspended at my previous home. I have since moved. Does ebay link accounts at all by looking up my previous residence history and matching it up with a suspended user? Any advice would be great.

Thanks!

Yes you can be linked and banned by previous address. Go fresh and new.

Never use a previous banned address.

You might want to make sure your ex does not use your new address for a stealth account of her own.

I don't know what eBay does, but I CAN tell you that a previous address history is VERY easy information to pull.

You should avoid any potential links. Just because eBay may not be linking that way now (if that is indeed the case) does not mean they won't do so in the future.

An extra step or two taken now could save you some real heartache down the road.
