| It will not delete the account from e Bay records, they will keep it in some for or other.
Greenbean mentioned bringing an account from the dead that was months old! e bay gives each account an account number, these are unique to each account so I am certain they keep the accounts recorded. Quote: |

| e bay knows this and this is the reason why they do not suspend addresses.
They take into other considerations about you, IP, DOB, Selling History, Name, Phone Number etc etc
So with that said, you now know how stealth works, you need to have these ^ replaced with new details to become a different person.
If someone moved into the address of someone who has been suspended, they would have new IP, DOB, NAME etc etc
