Hello, about a year ago my PayPal account got suspended but the eBay account that I used with it still worked like before. It eventually got suspended too since I didn't pay the fees on the account, due to the suspended PayPal. Recently I paid the fees off and have been successfully using it with a new PayPal account, but for the last week or so Newman DCA have been attempting to contact me on my phone every day. This is because I used a real phone number for the eBay account.

Generally, they message me to just say "you need to speak to us today" and I just ignore it, but today I got a different one that said "This is an URGENT message for Del Orpho [f a k e eBay name...] Please call us immediately on xxx quoting xxx..."

Since I paid off the eBay fees, what should I do? Should I just pick up the phone the next time they ring, and tell them to stick their charge where the sun won't shine?

Never do that.

Engage in NO phone calls ever with debt collection agencies.

Trust me, you get on the phone to them & you will entrap yourself.

I repeat, have no phone contact with them
