Default opened cases resolution centre

on one of my poorer accounts ive had 4 recently opened cases which took me to below standard on my evaluation on the 20th April

ive just called ebay and they have "removed" all 4 cases as the items have been delivered (with tracking)

the customer service girl says my seller performance will be returned to standard when the system updates in 24 hours and i wont have to wait until the next evaluation

can anyone confirm this as true please ? as im not convinced

What were the cases for, non receipt?

If that's what she did and said then you have to take her word for it although I'm amazed that they have removed cases, never ever heard of this happening before.

They usually exclude them from the evaluation if they are from only a low number of buyers but never actually remove them to the best of my knowledge.

Top result if they actually do though

ive not heard of it either, iwas a bit peeved as they were delayed by the easter bank holidays

but i called them up and they transferred me to "resolutions team"

i explained the situation and she was helpful

she didnt say "maybe" she said "yes they will definitely removed when the system updates, they have been removed from the system and will no longer affect the seller performance. however we only can deal with the resolution centre cases and you would have to speak to another department to remove any low drs'S"

im not a fan of taking ebays workd for it lol

And they're going to remove all 4, not just the one/s related to Easter?

no all 4 she says

her words not mine

i might be lucky

she might be confused/full of ****

in fairness they are now all closed in the resolution centre since speaking to her and the status says "This case won't count against you when determining your seller standing"

Such niceness has been happening with ebay UK.

Where such info has been given by the Resolutions team, the outcome has been postive.

GB i logged in to that account this morning and instead of the 4 opened cases there are now 6 opened

although no new cases have been opened by buyers

it appears she has removed and then re-added the cases to my account so now its FAR worse

am just on the phone to them as we speak

Not winning any tricks then.

What's the odds going to be that another section has done this & disregarded T&S?
