I changed my wan mac address and got a new ip address. but its showing that ip address will be expire within couple of days. I'm thinking to setup a stealth account. Just want to know it is safe to open an account. if I open stealth account today with one ip address and tomorrow my ip address is expire or changed to different ip. is any one can help me. thank you

That's fine as long as you don't use the same ip on another account.
So keep track of it on your spreadsheet

I setup three different "user account" on my computer with same IP address. can I open three stealth account on use same IP address or do I have to change IP address when I change user account.

You need to study the stealth guide carefully.... The answers are in there.
This is the very basics.

Each account should ideally have it's own IP. Be safe like that.
