Has anybody ever used or heard of it? I was searching a torrent site Today and it came up. I never used it before but it's suppose to add money to your PayPal,then I googled it and i ain't gone lie it caught my attention.

As I understand it if you live in the USA and willingly indulge in fraud you can earn a nice long holiday in one of the government holiday centres. You get free board, free lodging and you will probably get to share your living area with Tyrone who will show you around and introduce you to all his buddies.

You have to be one step removed from desperate or stupid to go anywhere near anything like this.

Suppose to add money to your Payp al? Sounds VERY dicey - nothing comes for free when it comes to money...especially over the Net. Virus scan it...hard.
