Using 3V for PayPal VCC

Is the 3V Visa suitable for using with stealth on PayPal.
I've read in threads that they only last for 12 weeks - there is nothing on their site to say this.
I've used Entropay before, but am looking for an alternative.
Anyone used 3V & if so can you use stealth details as with Entropay or must they be legit

well seeing as they give you option to change address, you can put whatever address you need to, eg. if you were paying for something to go to a gift address, address has got to match....
