Called a buyer

sick of idiots who don't contact me before leaving a negative feedback. I submitted for her contact information, called her on the phone and left a voicemail that she needed to check her ebay messages as well as her personal email. As i am contacting her to resolve the situation for her.

Why? Typically i don't reach out to buyers who leave negatives, but in this instance i did. Why? Because she left me a 1 star as described and the 3rd star takes away my top rated, so it was worth the chance imo.

i find most bad feedback can be removed in a phone call

had 2 NASTY buyers in the last 2 weeks

Left harsh negatives (but valid points)

both now removed after a phone call

buyers feel "tough" behind emails but melt with some personal contact

offer small free gift, they may just take it, not revise and laugh - but it has been know to work....

if hes stealthing correctly he/she shouldnt have a number that they arent available on

Always wise to have a working phone number as it is wise to have an accessible address :D

Buyer with a stealth phone number that is not reachable could be considered sketch to deal with - factor in feedback and what he has won in the past to make an informed decision about conducting business
