it all depends what they want when you first log in, my guess is , you activate the restricted card and if you want to raise the limits, upload the id.
all guess work because i have no real interest in this, but thats how i have seen these things work in the past. |

Sensible to have access to the address.
Good stealth to have access to the address.
PO Box works.
Topic been discussed with you B4.... keep up the reading:ranger: |

Agree with your assessment on how it would work.
If the applicant is not found on public records then a restricted card is issued and ID and address verification is required to upgrade. Standard procedure now for all prepaid card issuers.
So in conclusion, if you are using a stealth address to which you have access as the cards are posted out to you then these would work ok for AVS on that registered address. |
| Stigger | 05-09-2012 01:48 PM | and BINGO was his name O |
| moneyhustler88 | 05-09-2012 04:45 PM | i didnt use a stealth though..and my address is my own i just wanted it as a spare card.. |
| james169 | 05-10-2012 01:55 PM | My cards arrived today, got two, two in real names for actual real world purchases and two in stealth names, all with full usage and no restrictions, no asking for id to be submitted or asking for any money,
will report back later when I have loaded some money on the stealth ones to see if they work for verifying PP when attached ;) |
| NoneOther | 05-10-2012 02:37 PM | How do you know there are no restrictions, have you activated the cards yet?
The restrictions will probably not kick in until activated and you have reached the initial loading limit. Thereafter you will get the ID request if you want to upgrade. Thats the normal procedure with prepaids.
There is also the issue of AVS to be aware of with the stealth cards if these were not sent to the matching stealth address. |
| moneyhustler88 | 05-10-2012 09:31 PM | thats weird because i ordered two in my name, to two different addresses which are genuine addresses, and i got asked for id what the hell.. |
| james169 | 05-11-2012 05:03 AM | Ok so cards have been activated, loaded with the minimum amount of £20 per card,
There was no charge for the loads and I can get the money out with no fees if I spend it online or at a shop point of sale
No requests for I.D or anything else on any of the cards
The funds take up to 48 hours to appear on the cards and then I will try attaching one to a PP to see what happens, will report back once I have done so, which should clear up the question of AVS |
| NoneOther | 05-11-2012 05:06 AM | Thanks for the update. |
| james169 | 05-11-2012 05:12 AM | Just noticed on the attached letters that the real detail cards have a maximum £5000 limit and can be topped up by credit / debits cards,
The stealth cards have a annual limit of £1600 and can NOT be loaded by debit or credit cards and to lift this to an annual limit of £5000 you would need to send in docs, this doesn't bother me in the least as I just want it for the £1 - £2 they debit the card for verification purposes |
| NoneOther | 05-11-2012 05:14 AM | Exactly as I had explained before.
Not on public records then restricted card issued. |
| moneyhustler88 | 05-11-2012 10:37 AM | so why the hell did they ask me for ID :noidea: |

| moneyhustler88 | 05-12-2012 11:40 AM | they werent stealth names or addresse..were genuine though! |
| eternity4u | 05-12-2012 11:55 AM | Guess these would be useless for Stealth accounts.
