Merchant account that accepts echeck for non-us citizens

What is the cheapest merchant account that can process echeck payments for non-us residents? Anyone knows?

Can alertpay and and moneybookers also process echecks?

MB does not - alertp ay is such a garbage service now that I would NOT approach it with a used dome.

Aler tpay does not even accept cc's so Visa and MC hate it.

Moneybookers is a nice option if you have a business account

I don't need to use a visa with aler..pay, I just need it to accept echecks from a bank and to be able to ithdraw those echeck to another bank. That's all.
