First time this has EVER happened.

So pay pal gets limited this morning on a BRAND NEW literally 2 hours ago. Log in and they want the whole history! ID, confirm lo cation, invoices, whole nine yards....

Got a REALLY nice lady in the limit dept. She did everything for me. Didn't have to send in ANYTHING. All I had to do was upload an invoice, and she removed the limit. Man, if only it were that easy every time.:dance:

Hmm i'd worry about why you got limited on a brand new account?

If it can happen once that early, the chances are it will happen again.

The agent may have just let you off because she couldn't find nothing against you - I don't understand why they would need you to upload an invoice as well?

Was a transaction carried out?

Congratulations are first in order! Second - don't think for a minute that this gives a hall pass to go apewild on the account. True - if only it were easy all the time.

Yeah I know I just thought it was great that it happened like that. And yes, a transaction was carried out....Just one, but it was just carried out this morning as well.

yeah, i know...and i know that doesn't give me a hall pass, but it made me happy for the moment and gives more insight on what they can REALLY do over the phone if they want to

What is her name? You should always geth their names, plus you will get an email from pp in a few days to rate that person... Congrats though they are 1/2 helpful ppl at pp

I had the same happen to me a couple of months back, except the invoice! Literally no docs needed and they initially asked for the whole lot.

It was the call centre in Dublin and her name was Louise, she was really nice!
