Got a REALLY nice lady in the limit dept. She did everything for me. Didn't have to send in ANYTHING. All I had to do was upload an invoice, and she removed the limit. Man, if only it were that easy every time.

The agent may have just let you off because she couldn't find nothing against you - I don't understand why they would need you to upload an invoice as well?
