Branded items can also come under E/Bs scrutiny unfortunately.
You can sometimes be asked to provide receipts of goods.
A good way to try to avoid this is to take plenty of photos from different angles on the item in question - asure your buyers and anyone else viewing (the owners) that your items are genuine.
Have proof of the items purchase incase E/B P/P ever ask for it.
Branded goods have their perils as we all know but unbranded items are not immune e.g buyer dissatisfaction with quality can be a big negative because they generally compare it to the branded equivalent.

Ok thanks alot. I've been selling vero for over 4 years and its got to the point where I just can't handle the stress of all the violations, take downs etc. It send me into mild depression every time!
On the upside though, I reckon i've learnt the ins and outs of selling on ebay the hard way, so unbranded items should be a damn sight easier from now on. Just need to find my niche first
E/B doesn't deserve an ounce of depression, they deserve a good kick up the backside.
Even the big guys have problems with vero stuff - it's just E/B can be more lenient on them as they don't want to lose big business and be on the paper the next day
