Can't get final value fees back?

Okay so like..if I refund someone through paypal I should get my final value fees back on ebay right?

Or do I have to do something else? Like open a case? Cause I don't normally have people requesting refunds but just last week 2 ppl asked for a refund and I gave it to them via paypal but I never got my final value fees on ebay refunded o_O. Do I need to open a case?

Make a transaction cancellation request within MyEbay. Buyer needs to approve or not reply for 4 days to get the fees back.

Next time wait for them to accept ebay cancellation then process refund... Just a thought....

Wisely posted - cancel it quick - or if a case has been done already and you agreed to refund, your FVF will be refunded automatically.

4 days? I thought it was 7 days, or am I wrong.

You will have to wait until the buyer either responds or does not respond.

My mistake. You are correct it is 7 days. Case can be closed on the 8th day.

You should be able to do this.

If they do not respond it should work out for you, or you can then close it yourself.
