Need Ebay U.S. contact number

I have searched the entire forum, some information seem to be a bit outdated regarding to how to contact Ebay.

Is there a number where I can call to speak with a U.S. representative? I have been calling the toll free number regarding to my account restriction, the outsourced representative was not very helpful. Any input is appreciated. Thanks a million!

I'm looking for a valid email for them. I have a restricted account that owes some final value fees. I want to pay but the figure they want is incorrect and includes 4 sales that were never paid before the account was shut down.
