Can i sell now ?

Hi,
i've created a new eb&pp stealth account with new ip, new id, new address, new phone on 30/04/2012. I'm verified on PP with an entropay vcc.
For this one month, since my registration, there is no activity on this account.
Now i have a Iphone 4 for sell.
Can i list it now?
I'm planing to sell it on ebay and when i sell it and receive the payment trough PP, i will first add the shipping information and after 4-5 days i will withdrawing the money, but not all of them, just 80-90%.
I'm wondering, if this will decrease the chances of get stupid PP limitations or i will go "under the radar" ?

No you can not list a iphone straight away you have to start of buying things and selling household items you have lying around in your house

In all my accounts i don't have problems with my eb accounts. The problem is with PP. Some of my old accounts are getting limited after i start a withdraw process. And i think this was my mistake because i was starting to withdraw within 48 hours after i received the payment.
