Default additional info reqired to lift limits

I've done everything right. Ebay gave me 100 or £2,500. Verification of bank gave me paypal £1900 p.a. To remove this paypal limit they asked for docs and these were supplied BUT since I registered with an initial for my first name and the docs are full first name they wanted me to change the registered name and gave me directions how to do this. Great, I did this and got some gobbledegook email. Tried again with a full explanation, same goobledegook reply. Replied to the gobbledegook and got an e-mail asking me to complete a SURVEY. Replied to the survey honestly (not rude, not insulting, just truth). No doubt they will take offense and ban me now

sorry to hijack - same thing with me - ebay 100/£3500 and not only did i get back verified on paypal, but it says my account limits were lifted due to me verifying who i was with them

yet it still says a £1900 pa withdrawal limit.

i thought once verified in every way possible, all paypal limits were lifted?

No, not in the UK at least. You need to confirm your identity And if you are do not , you must fax in the requested documents.

Two issues to consider.

There's the selling limits for ebay (100/£3500)
and
the £1900 anti-money laundering limit for paypal

I received a reply to my e-mail today telling me that my application is still being considered. Any idea how long it takes from when docs have been submitted?
