I would say that if they are owened by eb I would not do that. Once maybe. Not too many times though.
But you can use other strategies to withdraw or cash out.
For example:
A) Buy virtual game currencies. Then resell and let the customer pay you via Western Union or Wire.
B) You can use freelancing sites to deposit funds there. Then transfer the money to your second freelancing account by hiring yourself. Then withdraw to bank etc.
C) If you know much about paid advertising and have few campaigns running with positive ROI, then fund those campaigns with stealth account - it will give you leads or sales etc
D) You can advertise on other forums etc that you need to buy something from a site that only allows alertpay/moneybookers but you have only paypal. Then make a site where you will have your own alertpay where people can pay. Make up some random product idea. People will pay you via alertpay. You will pay that person maybe extra 10% via paypal.
C) You can list products on lets say clickbank,digiresults. Then with stealth accounts buy products. Money does not go to you, but to them . They act as middle merchant. And they will then pay you via wire,check etc.
