Virtual US Bank with ACH visa card for withdrawal

I have seen some websites selling virtual US bank accounts that come with physical ACH visa cards.
Do you know if I am able to add these banks or cards to a US stealth Paypal and withdraw to them?

Can some people also tell me about their experiences with Payoneer and does it work for stealth Paypal?

On US accounts we dont withdraw to cards, only bank ACH...

Payoneer card works fine with PayPal for me! I used a VCC to transfer $25 to my Payoneer card and then registered a PayPal account using it.

I'm in Europe, I have done some withdraws from ATMs in Austria and Hungary successfully.

i used readydebit and rushcard both worked superbly. but make sure to withdraw below 1k usd. i have withdrawn from india. But getting those cards would be a problem if you are not living in usa. providing ssn is mandatory. One of my friend is in usa and we both work together so i got these cards.

it was stealth account. went through with name mismatch.
