Can you sell a ebay item in another state? but ip is another state?
Lets say you want to put your ebay reg. and location in another state near you since your stealth account are all in one city. Which isn't good? Is okay to make a stealth in another state but having your ip in another state.
Lets say i want to put a city close to me that 100 miles away. Is it okay to do this? Will ebay see my ip location? Lets say I live In NY and I want to put NJ as my address and item location. Is okay to do this and have no red flags.

Okay thank you, how about your real location is and ip/ computer your typing on is in NY and you put your stealth as NJ address and item location in NJ is this okay? and everyone on ebay thinks your from NJ is this okay?

It's acceptable that sometimes your IP will be hundreds of miles from your real location.
I have used IPs located 600 miles away from the actual address. To give you a example, the IP I use for accounts in Tacoma has shown the location to be in California.
Provided the account has its user account & cookies that's OK.
