Mine is simple, I use 1 Word Page per Account, so as of right now I have 15 Accounts I have 1 word file with 15 pages.

i use roboform to save and store all details.

totally secure.

Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management | RoboForm Password Manager

i have them backed up on cd, sd card and usb drive.

even backups can fail so better to have a few.
