How to open account in different city

Okay so I'm wanting to open a stealth account and I live in a small town. I already have a couple other stealth accounts so I dont want to open another one in the same city. My only question is how would you obtain an IP of a different city. Is VPN a good option what are some other alternatives?

For one account, maybe consider dial-up. Or tether a cell phone

I use dial-up - nicely coupled with long distance plan on the phone

why is VPN considered bad?

i dont get it if you have a Dedicated IP outside the us shouldn`t it be fine?

Use the search facility - VPN is something Ebay and Paypal are acutely aware of - usually leads to instant limitation

But if you know better than the forum give it a shot
