I think you are flogging a dead horse so to speak with the current account you have so far failed to reinstate & are very unlikely to get it back to its original status.

You want a top rated seller account with all the bells & whistles eh ??? You will have to work very hard over a period of time developing & building this account until it reaches that stage.

..I think the folks on this thread are beginning to grow weary of you & feel that way about yourself as you do not wish to take on board any advise beyond the 'unlimited account' idea you have.

I don't think you can get to a US account with over 10 or 50 items limit without getting the SSN call first, especially if you open a US account and you live outside the states

Let me Teach you something, Logos are NOT the Only thing that can be Trademarked,,,,Patterns in Clothing, Handbags, belts, Styles in things like Glasses, bottles ect, ect can also be Trademarked,,,,So if you are selling for example a Handbag the looks EXACTLY like a Louis Vuitton only yours does NOT have the logo,,,,Guess what,,,By LAW (Here in the US for sure) that is considered a Counterfeit,,,ANY Product that that is proved to mislead potential buyers into believing to be be a Trademarked Product is considered COUNTERFEIT,,,

I told you the items I am selling are only made by one factory in the world and that is my supplier. Nobody else makes the same item. I can't prove that but I can prove that they are the original designer and manufacturer of the item. The product is made of a innovative type of fabric that nobody else in the industry used before. (it's a very tiny industry you can consider a niche so there are very few manufacturers for this type of product in China and worldwide)

If it is genuine there no reason why I wouldn't list it on eBay

(it got suspended because it was linked to this account) The items I am talking about here are not part of this product line. It is ONE product in 4 variations.
