Default blocked bidder created new id and bid/won my auctions!

Can I report this buyer! OMG! The buyer annoyed me beyond belief. Claimed he never received....was only $25 so I refunded (this was about a month ago). I didnt ship with tracking as I REALLY should have. But anyway. Created a new id and bid/won some of my auctions! I saw the name in paypal when I went to ship and about wanted to jump through the computer. Any advice? I really want to report him or should I just ship with tracking and let it go?

I would send him a parcel with carrots inside with a tracking number. When he signs it when I would let him to prove to PP and Ebay you sent him carrots and not the item he won. I did it once to someone for similar situation. I wish I saw buyers face!

Lol, that could work with a proven asshole buyer but I wouldn't do it in this case. Maybe he genuinely didn't get it the first time? As long as you send this purchase tracked, I would go ahead and send it. He may be a genuine buyer and not a scammer so I would go ahead with sale but just proceed with caution.

First of all, treat all customers like new customers.

Shipping items that the customer did not win will only get you negative feedback and account banned. When customers see that you have neg feedback they will more likely pass up on your item and buy from someone else, losing a sale in the process.

If someone shipped me a carrot, I would keep the carrot, put it into a smoothie and enjoy it. I will then ship back a rock in a box and you'll never see that package. I would still get my money back from paypal even though you still don't have your package back. And on some occasions I wouldn't even have to ship anything back to you.

Some sellers are also "professional buyers", which can be the worst nightmare to deal with, they know more then most Ebay customer service agents. Personally, I am seller and one of those "professional buyers". I don't go around doing junk like this but I could, but why bother. I just want to sell on Ebay and make money.

I better go back to enjoying my carrot smoothie. yum yum...

@OP, Just ship the items that the buyer won and payed for. This time ship with tracking info. Like Elijah said, maybe the person didn't receive the package he won. There is no proof it arrived at the correct location.

Ship payed items with tacking info and move on. Block the person with new ID again.

I live in a desert, Vegas. I can just take a few steps into my back yard and pick up a nice dry desert rock full of nice dry sand.

amen yotano, even in cases where the package was received with no problem, a 'professional buyer' can fleece the system. it is not that hard

I think the guy just thought, "oh he doesn't use tracking, free stuff!" That's why he would have created a new account.. he thinks maybe you banned him so that he couldn't take advantage of you again. Ship the stuff, use tracking, ban him again.

less than 1% of mail gets "lost" and of that "lost" mail percentage, 99.99% are not properly addressed mailings. So the likely hood of the person actually not getting my mailing/his winning is so rare that I would have more luck meeting a polar bear tomorrow. Just sayin'. And the REAL question should be....if you purchased something from a seller and NEVER GOT IT....would you buy from them again???? let alone go out of your way to create another ID to purchase from that seller AGAIN???? Shipped it....will see what happens. I kinda have nothing to lose considering ebay does not allow you to create another account to bid on a seller's items that you have been blocked from so his/her precious WAY established account will go down the drain if he messes with me again
