Default stealth working...but!

have some issues and hiccups...

biggest one of all must be the tethering...its soooooo sloooooowwwwwww

worse than dial up back in the day!

last week it took me 45 mins + to put 5 items on sale... i gave up in the end and settled for the 5

a week later 4 items unsold and 1 sold now im better off to the tune of £1.50... thats one pound fifty.. not one hundred and fifty

last night im back on it... took me half an hour to upload 1 pic

i ended up breaking my laptop in the

im not sure but i suppose im a little suspicious... do anyone else have these kind of slow go issues and pages cannot be displayed errors

im only suspicious as when i go browsing the net while tethering it does not seem to be slow at all... only when i log into ebay
i gor the ebay home search page... i either click sign in or my ebay and thats it... i go and put the kettle on... put a wash on... come back and the page says server error page not found

i start over same thing... 1 time it goes through and im in, log in fine goto my ebay sweet as a nut

i go to list an item and here we go again slow as what we call here in the good ole south assholes!

i try to upload a pic and thats it... crash after crash after crash
eventually i settle for 1 pic of maybe 4 or 5 that i had intended on uploading

by now im at boiling point and last night i went and punched the **** out of my laptop in frustration... gone and done myself more than £1.50 worth of damage i can assure you

so...

is there a way i can speed this process up ?
please dont say dongle... i dont have ANY more money to throw at stealth... after buying stealth and buying an account im on the bones of my ass here
and i dont expect a dongle to be any different to the tethering im using now through my mobile

is there another way i can upload pics that dont reply on uploading from my pictures... i really cant take doing much more of that

stealth works... it deffinatly works

but i cant go at this pace... its terrible

any help tips and advice much appriciated

I know that you said don't mention a dongle but if i was you i would try my best to find £10 a month for one.

I get 7gb of data for that price per month. It's a unreal value for money investment when you consider what it allows you to do at speed.

I imagine you can get them cheaper than £10 a month also. You gotta invest a little mate to see returns.

you get good speeds out of it mate really ?

as between my 60 meg bb which is useless for ebay as its dirty and my phone i really cant afford to lay out much more money

also wanted to ask about tethering ip... i tested my ip last night and i had a new ip... this morn its back to norm again

if this is the case can i use it to make a new stealth account

another account username and use the same phone to make another account as the ip seems to be changing ?
cheers

Do not proceed on that premise unless you run an IP check first.

Given your predicament, you must ensure as far as possible stealth integrity.

Any wi-fi spots near you or just sheep

wondering why the ip changed on the phone then ?
i check it everytime i log into my stealth user account to be sure

i didnt think nothing of it really as it was not my normal ip for my home base bb so i thought hey ho the ip changes cool

misses got the same phone on contract too so im gonna see what the ip is on that when she gets in

but the sppeds... man terrible

ive done £50-£60 in repair damage to my pc in sheer frustration alone

i am welsh you know

The speeds are fine. Its with three. Maybe check their website out. I think its more like £8 aswell. I had a 1GB per month contract which i was using up every month. I phoned them and told them i need more data. They then lowered my monthly bill and gave me 7X more data.

It was a real head scratcher tbh but a nice one.

Can you disable images on your PC? Make sure to keep cookies? Use a 3rd party lto list since the problem only seems to be on ebay?

**for Firefox only, other browsers I have no idea cuz I never use them

On your toolbar, click on Tools, then select Options, then select Content from the top bar. Uncheck the box that says load images automatically.

This will not only stop images from loading but increase the speed that pages download

And I would also download Adlock plus, I have and it blocks all ads. I love it. Again only for firefox.
