There are many work a rounds. but the newer members do not know them.
A lot of them come here panicking about what to do.
If you have an ebay that goes down, the paypal can survive for other sites and transactions. To link another ebay to that paypal will link all of your accounts and is a suicide mission. This has been proven time and time again.
The ebay account and paypal account are on the same IP address (assuming)
once the ebay goes down, that ip is banned from making other ebay accounts.
Even in the email when they restrict you, they tell you:
You cannot create another account to sell on as it may lead to suspension. |
