Another reason why i HATE eb*y
 

Got hit with the MC999 or whatever it is. ve*o member reported my listings. They were taken down and my account took a hit.

Items were 10000000% authentic. Called eb*y, they told me to email the rights owner. I did so, and i made sure to let them know that they f'ed up cuz the items were real. NO RESPONSE. Called eb again. They told me to contact the eb ve*o dept.. I did so, they told me they would get in touch with the rights owner and i should be receiving email from the rights owner within 7 days. 10 days past. NO RESPONSE.


Call eb again...... tell them my story... guy says he can't do anything. Tells me to email eb ve*o dept to see if they can do anything about it..... So i did... ( waiting for response now)


Most likely they wont......99% chance is that i will be stuck with this hit and my account will be watched more carefully than it should be.

(While getting no responses and trying to contact the rights owner of the items for 30 days now.... i decided to send an email from my other email acc in regards to my other acc and their items.....Guess what... got a reply within 2 days.....)

I hope they all burn in hell......

No no, sorry i worded it wrong. What i meant to say was i sent was that i sent an email to them from another email regarding that account. Asking a random question about their program/item and if i was allowed to sell it. This was in regards to a separate account. Not the one which got hit. The whole point of it was to see if they replied to that email but not the other one... and they did... which means they are ignoring my other emails because they know i am right and i am selling authentic but for some reason they just don't want to allow me to do it.. i don't get it.

I guess they get so many of those types of emails that their police is to just ignore them. Kinda like Amazon.

eB is so slow to deal with - true. But have to attack from all fronts.

There's little point in moaning about a 'notice' if you can not bother to define the notice correctly.

Do a counterclaim if the items are real.

Dont give ebay the control of ignoring you.:juggle:

keep fighting, you will won as you dont do anything wrong

How do i file a counterclaim? Do i contact eb about this or the rights owner?

Don't have much experience with this.

Also got an email from eb.... they aren't able to remove any hits from my account unless the rights owner give them the go.

Double check the specific notice . Let us know what it is.
