Gets better and very logic -

Yesterday transaction is still pending. Did the same today and it's completed! Make what you want of that. I think PayPal are asking for someone to take the court!

It looks like it's been dropped down to 4 hours now, rather than 21/24/72. I'm not complaining!

i went to withdraw for the first time on a new paypal and when withdrawing it said it would take 4 hours to review but the email says 72
