Why all of a sudden are you expecting this?

I see many experienced members here all of a sudden reporting this the last week or so.

Changes are always imminent, but is there something unique going on?

but hey what can you do

just out of interest do paypal actually ever call the supplier to verify info ?

in the past ive sent supplier docs in to them with my own number on and theyve never called and lifted the restriction
