About proof of delivery ?
 

How you got pass trough this step for lifting account limitation ? I have provided tracking numbers from Bulgarian Post, but PP told me that they are not accepting bulgarian post tracking numbers. I've spoke with buyers and they told me that they don't have any documents. So i'm in trap now.
I need only this step to get my account reinstated but i don't know what to do?
What type of documents you're using and get passed the PP "?

is this postage within bulgaria or from bulgaria out to another country, if so where?

and this is tracking that got signed for, or light tracking that only shows postal acceptance but not much else?

From Bulgaria to Ireland and Kazakhstan. It's light tracking only.

light, that may be why they do not accept it.

just explain it to them, I mean the customer is not saying they did not receive it right? so it is just routine questions, they may allow it through, like if there is good ebay feedback left for the transaction...

if done quickly, suppose you can send tracked thank you or free gift letter to get a signature..

Ok, guys. So i have delivery receipt from the 2 buyers, who are signed and have stamp from the post office. Will be this enough for paypal, for proof of delivery ?

Ok.But i have an old scaner, so the quality is not very good, you can read everything but not to see the details when you zoom. This is a problem for PP or not ?

Call up paypal.

When you have them on the phone, ask for the fax number closest to them. Tell them you are sending a fax with the info. Tell them you have made every effort to get the buyers to give you all their info of delivery.
See what happens.

OR fax and wait until paypal do nothing.

So i have to send them via fax.Ok, i thought that it will be easy just to upload it and then to call them. I will search for better scanner, so i can upload it with good quality.

But i'm wondering if it will be risky to withdrew the limit (325 GBP) ?

Always leave some amount in pp - looks better to them as opposed to just taking and splitting. Few posts around on the issue - congratz though :)

seems ok to withdraw, just leave £20 in there.
