| | | TowelKing | 11-10-2012 12:23 PM | How to cash out paypal using gift cards Simple method:
Go on ebay, search for gift cards to any store you can
buy visa / mastercard / amex gift cards in.
Buy gift cards for a lower price.
Exchange for a visa / mastercard / amex gift card
Cash out paypal.
I currently know you can buy visa gift cards on walmart online, in stores
I think you can buy one on walgreens and target. There should be enough people willing to sell their gift cards for a really lower price than face value so you won't lose any money.
There are also a lot of people directly selling amex and visa gift cards with BuyItNow but they go out really fast.
You can cash out A LOT of money doing this. |
| oompaloompa | 11-10-2012 12:42 PM | there is similar thread going, re walmart, but the address thing is an issue. the e vouchers are better but rarer to find....
any accessible address I would have would have a bank attached, I would class it as a main account. Non accessible address accs they are more disposible and those are the problem ones. Paying supplier is always useful.... |
| TowelKing | 11-10-2012 01:22 PM | I'm talking about buying the walmart gift cards
from ebay - not from walmart, it shouldn't cause
that much issues. |
| oompaloompa | 11-11-2012 06:45 AM | I know, but the giftcard needs to go to your address |

You'd come out better and save money by buying through one of the gift card resale websites that accept paypal. You can buy gift cards below face value and also receive bulk discounts. They usually have good egift card selections as well. |

I have done a couple paypal card verifications with those walmart Visa cards. The same goes with the greendot, vanilla, etc. Once your address is set up on those cards, you can then use it. Only thing is, as of now the only method to fund my paypal is via bank account or "moneypak"...it won't let me fund via card. So this method would not work for me. |
| mastaflappa | 01-30-2013 01:47 AM | It's so much easier to use target, best buy and walmart "site to store" I use all 3 sometimes. Bestbuy is my favorite since you can order anything that's in stock in the local store, pay with paypal and go down and pick it up the same day: ipads, macbooks, ipods etc. |

Also, going to walmart and buying things for your house then getting cash back at the register is not viewed as a cash advance. When you look at your pp transactions it will just register as a purchase. For example:
I buy $34.78 worth of stuff at walmart. I get $100 cash back at the register.Go to check your pp transaction log and all it will say is $134.78 at walmart. Thats it. It is not a cash advance. It is just shopping. Works like a charm everytime. Do keep in mind that there is a daily spending limit of like $3500 or something like that. It prob varies from person to person. But cash back DOES count against daily spending limit.
Just thought I'd pass that along. | Mega, is this done with pp debit, walmart giftcard registered to PayPal, or Walmart egift? |
| Hercules | 01-30-2013 09:38 PM | So all this is for you people who can't get bank accts?
A USA PP without a bank acct limits sending money up to 2000 bucks right?
So after that you just abandon your PP/Ebay acct? Or can your just keep buying as you guys suggest without a verified USA PayPal? |

Not just for those without bank accounts, but rather instant access to goods. When you have an emergency and can't wait three days for a PayPal transfer to bank account to buy cat food...jk |
| Laritha | 01-30-2013 10:47 PM | Im confused on how to turn the Walmart dollars into real dollars. Walmart doesn't sell Greendot and Vanilla online |

| StealthAssassin | 01-31-2013 01:33 AM | Is it just me.....or is it INCREDIBLY hard to get eGift cards from Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc...without the order being mysteriously cancelled?
I mean....I can try to acquire one for as little as $5 or $10 dollars with a fully verified account and they fail. I have tried this over MANY accounts and that is always the end result. I've even had accounts limited after denials from Walmart.
I gave up trying. |
| Wannibe | 01-31-2013 02:53 AM | Just a little updated info. I got my legitimate PP account limited for send money to a relative who had a PP Debit Card. They would cash out immediately for me when I needed quick money. Also they pulled a dirty one on the relative. Any previous transaction where I had sent money to them PP said it was unauthorized and reversed the charge which left a negative in my relatives account. Which I am sure is illegal. Also tried to buy a Walmart gift card a couple of weeks ago with a legitimate account and it got canceled with no explanation. never tried again. |

Has anyone else had this issue? Now I'm afraid to try it. |
| mastaflappa | 02-01-2013 11:55 PM | I just recently picked up a 32gb ipod touch from walmart and had the same one delivered from target, I had an order canceled once from best buy after ordering an ipad but I just called them up and they were more than happy to fix it for me. |

They became very strict with egifts :ninja::ninja::ninja: |

:hail:
I have ordered from best buy many times and picked up many items.
Bought a 60" Samsung TV on sale for 799.00 online. Pick up.
Listed as new on CL for 1200.00 someone offered me 1000.00- SOLD.
Has to go to pick up others things, not to far from me and a quick 200 profit.
Oh and no tax paid either. Tax exempt!!!! |

EXTREMELY difficult lol.....wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. |
| GhostWhoWalks | 02-15-2013 11:23 PM | I know this is not a solution but check out giftcardmall on ebay they have a lot of gift cards! And some you can even buy $100 ebay gift cards! |

| GhostWhoWalks | 02-15-2013 11:52 PM | Or start a site that offers some kind of a service as in buying and selling or whatever the service is. And to cash out the site offers paypal, visa, check, wire transfer. Still too much work and BS! |
| hapajenn1 | 02-16-2013 02:03 AM | The problem with this topic thread is that: who the hell wants to keep a box full of gift cards or Visa gift cards that you cannot deposit as actual cash into your bank account? You also cannot transfer the funds on the gift card to your debit/greendot/actual useable cash debit card. |

But it is a safe way to transfer money out of paypal with low risk and actually no fee - you ,may even earn a few dollars along the way.
There are also ways of getting the money out of the card to your account - I've heard of people who pay for their neighbors and friends groceries with the gift cards and get cash. I've actually managed to deposit money from the gift card to my forex account (which is where I save money - so it's good for me). |
| GhostWhoWalks | 02-16-2013 07:06 AM | hapajenn1 - yeah it's why I offered that person on ebay who sales gift cards. It's not a solution for me. I mean it is if you only earn $1000 a month and that's what makes you happy.
TowelKing - Great idea for the noobs I believe. But what if you earn $20k a month? Say screw the fees and just deal with it? Think of a really high tech way or doing it? Do you want to spend all your money at subway? OR Best Buy? Or Target? Too bad Benz doesn't offer a gift card for $60,000 eh? |
| TowelKing | 02-16-2013 09:45 AM | GhostWhoWalks - you missed the point. You can buy visa, mastercard and amex gift cards on ebay for less than their value! You can also get walmart gift cards and use those to buy amex gift cards on walmart - I think you can also get visa gift cards on target and CVS, but you can't purchase them online like on walmart.
The whole point is to buy $500 walmart gift card on ebay for $480 and lower - use the gift card to purchase a $200 amex gift card for $206.24 online and get the money out of paypal. Some sites will also let your trade gift cards for cash. |
| GhostWhoWalks | 02-16-2013 10:18 AM | So many gift cards, you know what dude? I don't really see a Walmart around me at all! I could ask my friends to ship it too me, but still using it in EUROs while it's in USD! Will cost me fees, exchange rate. ETC. Might be for USA or UK but not an option for most.
And knowing ebay I hope the person doesn't have the numbers of the card and will use it up and try to scam you on top of it. Walmart cards are only $200 the ones I seen last night. So walking around with $5000, 25 gift cards. I mean blah.
Yeah you buy it for $480 on a stealth account, chance are it's made up if you are in NY and registered in FLORIDA or California! See what I mean here? Unless the seller is willing to ship to another address that is not confirmed with an item worth $480! I don't see this happening! Unless you know of a seller and he can hook us all up.
Alright that $500 option, ehhh.
And someone got a gift card for $150 and paid $190 for it! Will they open up a case after that? :pound: chances chances chances!
I am going to ask some of these guys, only 3 sellers if they even ship to lets say "the girlfriends house" for example. AKA not to a stealth address.
I would take up advice from other sellers who have been selling on stealths for many countless years! And see what they say. No offence, I got my own idea like I said.
Set up a website selling things from $100 to $1,500 and buying it/transfer the funds pay some little fees, ship something random put a tracking end of story! Start off small with $50 then work my way up. I mean in the end it comes up with all the bs you have to do with these gift cards. That's just what I think I could be wrong and not seeing the picture. But even if you have some Amex like you said okay? I looked into a few of these last year and some for $75k limit prepaid out of UK! Some $50k.
After you got these gift cards, what's atm fees? Comes up to the same almost as paying pp fees in the end! |
| GhostWhoWalks | 02-16-2013 10:27 AM | And just for the record out there people, prepaid cards are very popular now days. They are a $3 billion dollar a year business!
Enjoy the information! :) | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 05:18 PM. | |
