paypal phone call to comfirm identity
 

I tried to pay $200 invioce on paypal account i had for 1 months (which has $900 in it) the asked my to call me to comfirm identity. Is this normal?

I pressed cancel. they then asked me to type my bank ac no which i did, they then they let me pay the invioce

Did you switch an IP? Cookie change/clearance?

I have seperate winsows user account for diffrent account and never clean cookies

I also have multiple routers to switch IP

When is it safe to add new bank account to new paypal account to withdrew money slowly (account was made 1 month ago and was verified by vba). Is it safe to add it fater 3 weeks?

You can add the bank account now. But, wait around 48 hours before you start to withdraw funds.

Even then, keep it under 20 bucks for the first withdrawal then you can do another once its completed under 45 bucks.

Once the 45 is complete, keep it at or below the 50 buck range until you gain enough feedback.

Any funds received should marinate for around 24-48 hours before you attempt to withdraw the funds.
