Ebay finall fees explanation

So guys, I looked at ebay today, after a while and I notice that the final fee has gone up for quite high.



But, I am confused on "capped at 100$", does it mean 100$ for the whole 30 items or for each?

Each item is capped at upto $100 fee scale ((if qualifying criteria is met)) for the first 30 items in that month.

Any excess item beyond 30 items in that month will be charged at the uncapped fee rate.
