Paypal Mandatory

quick question.
If you cancel the paypal mandatory from your bank account, can you add the same bank account on your paypal account of do you need a new one?

sorry for the confusion.
I meant the direct debit mandate.
I deleted it from my bank account.
Can I now add the same bank account on my paypal account, filling the dd mandate and wait for the 2 some deposit?

you may have to remove then re-add the bank account, in order to initiate the process again.

Techincally the bank account is still attached at paypal's end.

The mandate is cancelled at the bank.

Why are you fiddling like this?

just to clarify the reson I asked this question.
Someone managed to access in to my stealth pp account. With a fraudolent transaction they transfered more money than the balance.
I found out at straight away and first think I did:
_ contact paypal that reverse the transaction on few hours
- cancel my dd mandate into my bank account otherwise pp would has discovered the real name and I would have lost money.
Of course, the pp request was rejected my bank and pp deleted the bank details which now are no more on my pp account.
Now as a test I try to transfer some money to my bank and pp asked me to add bank account details.
