technitium mac changer issue

my technitium worked for a while (I think) now error message says it failed, replaces wit 02 start numbers, no difference, using it to change dongle/usb internet sometimes.

also under run>ipconfig /all the black box with mac etc flashes up for a mili-second, so cannot check it out.
