Changing the MAC of your own computer won't help if you are behind a router.
OP you don't seem to understand how IP address work. You can't just change it locally as it must be obtained from your ISP by changing your router's MAC address and this will request a new IP from your ISP. Another way is by using a VPN, but this is highly unrecommended as eBay has banned the IP ranges of alot of them.

that's not a good idea for major security reasons... I would be super leery of anything trying to do that.

Just login to your router and change the mac manually. It takes a second and is super easy.

Just PC to modem, the modem have 4 RJ45 post and I can hookup to 4 PC at the same time and have 4 different IP address

If I need to change my IP I just need to change MAC on my PC. The same IP will be give to that same MAC every time.

If you are using the router all the PC will be with the same IP.

I think you will find u have the same external ip for all the pc's
unless you change the mac on the modem

I though everyone gets one mac address with there modem and that in turn gives them one external ip supplied by the isp and I am not talking about the ip address of each PC as I no they are different as they are local ip's

Any moderator come in and settle this one?
