Default Building eBay feedback. good or bad idea?

Okay the past few years i been building my feedback by buying random 99cent items, weather it be a wallpaper for you desktop, guides, or pictures.

I build 10 feedback and start selling, sometimes i build 15 or 20 feedback.

I get randomly limited on my accounts, some accounts i receive payments up to $7000 and i can transfer it right away to my bank account. other times when i transfer it, it rejects and my account is limited and i have to wait 6 months to link a new bank account to transfer the money over.

Other times i receive large transfers i wait a few days, then the moment i send a dime out of it, my account gets limited.

it is annoying

My small accounts never get limited.

I am trying to figure out how to recieve large transfers and avoid PayPal as the same time.

Does anyone know if there are any merchant sites like CCNOW that goes through paypal so i dont have to.

It is never a bad idea to build buying feedback before you start selling. But you have to jump selling in increments, 1k first month 3k 2nd month etc. That is assuming you are getting good feedback and no opened cases. eBay now runs some kind of formula to determine how risky each seller is. The more 5 stars, more selling feedback, less opened cases etc is the faster you will move up the ladder. With everything you have to go through to get back one eBay now it is worth it in the long run to just take your time and build up your credibility with eBay.

the longer you establish a responsible selling history the better before making large transactions
