Question about using paypal

What if the account is in your real info and the item you sold is 100% legit, can they still permanently limit your account and take your money? I have an item that I need to sell for $1,200 but I am hesitant until I know this info.

Paypal do not take your money away. worst case is the 180 days, Any account can be limited.
