Help with stealth ebay that was opened in CA: fees question

I purchased an ebay sellers account from a person on here. It was a Canadian account that I was able to use in the USA.

Now, I find that Its tough to pay sellers fees because PP only takes 'one time payments' with usd currency. I have it set up so the fees will automatically come out of the PP balance but I am not sure if that is the correct way of doing it.

Earlier in the account I was able to use the cc on file to pay the minor fees.


Now I need it come out of the cc pp account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure if it`s clear to me the issue - pp will charge your cc when there is not enough funds available - you set it as your default payment method.

As for currency, you can set the currency to CDN in pp...

Sorry, I was not clear. The seller fees that I want to pay with the one time payment are in usd currency. My paypal address is in CA my ebay ship from address in in Upstate NY. The way I was able to pay earlier fees was with a visa but now I have to find a way to use my paypal balance. Can I change usd currency to cad currency? Then use the one time paypal payment option? Thanks

What about a Vanilla Visa Prepaid Card?

The vanilla card was what I used to pay smaller fees. My fees are about $200 now and ebay says they will deduct it from my paypal balance in 2 days. I was thinking if that doesnt go through, will I be limited after that? Sorry, its hard to explain when you have a canadian account and live in the US. Yet, it keeps me from having seller limits this way. I want to pay my fees like I would with a us account, which is by one time only payments from paypal. Grrr
