You can forward mail to a new rental mailbox. The sender will receive your new address but it will keep your home address confidential.

This just makes me more confused. It is stated that "during months 13-18, the mail is returned to sender with the new address" ... I have only had the forwarding set up for about 7 months.

Lol yea I'm sure, it's an account that I'm still actively using. The fact that they did that leads me to believe that whoever handles these mailings does not share info with headquarters...
