Unable to pay with paypal. Help!

It's been 3 days and I am getting this message when trying to pay for my eBay purchases.

I've wait with the hope to fix but... !

I don't know what to do, anybody knows what's up ?

Have a quick read of the above thread. If this is your issue, then post in it please.

paypal has had so much trouble since August with bugs etc.

The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologise for this inconvenience.

OK, we are making progress.

What card are you using?

Is the card activated and does the card have sufficient funds on it?

I have to ask all these questions because you are not giving enough info to us...

Yes it has 40 euros and it's an entropay virtual credit card.

The paypal account is British, same case for eBay.

Update: Card was successfully added now.

Let me try make a payment.
