Why?

Dont be making waves.

If a user decides to call into ebay, then the onus is on them to have all and whatever info they have for the account.

If it relates to an older account where info may be missing, then that same user being a member of a stealth forum would (sensibly) do a consult here for the better approach.

Bear in mind that the bottom line of many problematic calls to ebay/paypal happen because of user error.

Forethought might avoid angst.
