Default Is the mc067 from a bot or person?

Brand new account about a month old had one successful sale with positive feedback. I tried to list a pair of sunglasses that I actually bought myself from the mall and didn't like them anymore, but it was too late to return. I've read similar stories of people definitely selling authentic goods and getting the same problem.

Got MC067, now I'm thinking it's either because I had only taken one picture and put it up or it's because it's a pretty new account. I don't know though I regularly list high risk items on new accounts and rarely get problems.

Is this MC067 triggered through a bot or person anybody know? There has to be a way to get around it.

MC067
The listing(s) removed from your account showed similarities to listings that have resulted in bad buying experiences, such as complaints from buyers that the item is of poor quality or inauthentic. Based on these similarities, please don't relist these items on eBay. For more information about our replicas, counterfeit items, and unauthorized copies policy, go to:

Most MC notices are initiated by bots

B b b b b b bots are the usual culprits.

Can be avoided by careful preparation of the listing plus photos.

System may not 'like' the sunglasses. Seller should be able to resolve that.

Potential problem now is to work around the MC067
